Hello--- I'm both saddened and shocked to receive this review. According to your posting, you purchased a property in 2022, but this is the first time that I've been notified of any concerns regarding my services relating to a property's condition after it has closed. As a real estate professional for over 40 years, I take my role as a fiduciary very seriously. Your claims materially impact my ability to practice business, and I will not stand by as you attempt to smear my long standing reputation with an outrageous review that questions my integrity and professional ability. Since your review username does not identify your name or address, I am unable to directly respond to your allegations. I also question the validity of your review since I cannot even confirm if I represented you in your home purchase. I would ask that you contact me on my direct line at 803-917-5699 to give me an opportunity to clarify this as a matter of discourse. It is my intent to address this immediately. Your claims are not only categorically false, but also fraudulent- I have never conducted business in this manner. Given the anonymous nature of your post, I also question the true intent and ethics behind this horrible act of trolling.
